Spectrum Games is a brand-new LGBT+ team experience bringing together movement, music, playful competition and community inside Sobell Leisure Centre’s Active Multi-Zone space in London.

Spectrum Games has been created to encourage more LGBT+ people to engage with sport and movement in a way that feels welcoming, social and genuinely accessible.

This isn’t about being the fittest person in the room. It’s about showing up, getting involved, meeting people and experiencing movement differently.

Come with a full team, bring a few friends or come alone — we’ll also be creating teams on the day.
